The cancellation of the order is accepted up to one day before the delivery of the order and the entire amount is refunded. On the same day cancellations, the amount will not be refunded but in case the sender does not want to send them, they will not be sent. This is because the order that includes irreversible modification of the flowers will have been prepared.

Complaints about the quality of the flowers are accepted the same day and only by the sender. In this case, our dealer checks if there really is a problem, and if there is a problem, the product is replaced.
Below we list the terms and ways of returning products.

The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the request for return should not exceed 1 calendar day.
2. The packaging has not been violated and is in its original condition.
3. Return costs are borne by the customer and not our business.
4. We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at his own expense.
